You will need to shake your glue thoroughly before every use to ensure all ingredients are mixed together. Not doing this you will risk the adhesive not working to its full potential which in turn can cause retention issues.

Glues are non refundable.  A patch test is always advised with any adhesive but please check with your insurance in regards to patch testing.
